RETURNS POLICY
Returns are easy at Puritan Cape Cod. Your satisfaction and the best customer service possible are the hallmark of our business.
If returning a product by mail, please include the Packing Slip/Sales Receipt, along with a simple statement of your reason for the return. We always want to know what about our products and service did not satisfy you completely so that we may improve our performance the next time. Please make sure the product you are returning is in a re-sellable condition unless, of course, it was received in damaged condition in the first place.

Your credit will reflect the manner of your payment. If the purchase was paid for by check, you will receive a refund in the form of a check within ten (10) business days. If the purchase was made by credit card, a credit will be issued against the card used in that purchase.
Returns may be made to any Puritan Cape Cod Store.
